Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 18185-2000 "hydrologic instrument reliability technical requirements", compared with the GB/T 18185-2000, in addition to editing
Modifications, mainly technical changes as follows.
a) modify the original standard part of the instrument reliability index;
b) increase the reliability of the instrument indicators are as follows.
1) optical meter of rain and snow;
2) Water level radar, laser level indicator;
3) standard water evaporator, self-recording/telemetry evaporator;
4) soil moisture monitoring instruments;
5) Acoustic Doppler velocity profile meter (ADCP), horizontal cross-sectional Acoustic Doppler Current Meter (H-ADCP);
6) water quality monitoring equipment and analytical instruments.
c) Remove the original standard in Appendix A (a sampling program), direct reference to the relevant standard sampling table;
d) the original standard "sampling and verification assessment methods" move the contents of Appendix B;
e) provides the reliability R (t) of the working hours.
The standard proposed by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Water Resources.
This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee hydrological hydrological instruments Technical Committee (TC199/SC1) centralized.
This standard was drafted. MWR hydrological instruments and geotechnical engineering Instrument Quality Supervision and Testing Center, Nanjing Yangtze water conservancy Automation Technology
Operation and Development Corporation, Ministry of Water Resources Hydrology Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute of Automation.
The main drafters. Zhang Liming, Feng Namin, Lu Xu, Liu Pingyi, Chaconne, Ban Ying, Bao-liang obtuse.
This standard replaces the previous standard published case.
