This standard replaces GB/T 17495-1998 "harbor portal crane technical conditions." This standard GB/T 17495-1998 main technical differences compared with the following. --- On "General requirements for electrical equipment and wire and cable" for the additions and modifications (see 3.13.1 and 3.13.2). --- On the "Painting and appearance" has been modified and perfected (see 3.15). --- Supplement and perfect test method harbor portal crane (see Chapter 4). --- On the "inspection rules" were revised and improved (see Chapter 5).
