Before storage, should not tying asparagus code on the packing box (for example, 12kg 15kg capacity Spear should be placed in the box).
3 Suitable storage conditions
3.1 Temperature
Inappropriate storage conditions, asparagus vulnerable, should pay attention to cold storage temperature and storage time.
Asparagus optimum storage temperature of 1 ℃ ~ 2 ℃, the recommended minimum temperature is 1 ℃, because fluctuations in temperature may reach 0.5 ℃, and
And practical experience has shown that the buds may be damaged at temperatures below 0.5 ℃ storage.
If the expected storage time is 10d or less, asparagus can be successfully stored at a temperature of 0.5 ℃. However, in this temperature
By degrees, the storage period should not exceed 10d, because there may be damaged.
3.2 Relative Humidity

Crates and stacking manner that facilitates air circulation in order to ensure a stable and uniform temperature and relative humidity should be consistent with 3.1 and 3.2
Claim.
