This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 16801-1997 "anti-static properties of the fabric conditioner determination."
This standard and GB/T 16801-1997 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Revised model test instrument (see 51, 1997 Version 5.1.);
--- Modify the preparation of test pieces, including the instrument, washed with concentration (see 61, 1997 Version 6.1.);

This standard applies to the evaluation of fabric conditioning agents, antistatic agents to eliminate static fabric performance.
