Drafting.
This document supersedes GB/T 16299-1996 "Technical Conditions and Test Methods for Aircraft Lower Hold Containers" and is consistent with GB/T 16299-1996.
Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1996 edition);
b) The term "aircraft container" and its definition have been added (see 3.1);
c) Combine "symbol" and "sign" into "identifier" (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3, 4.7 of the.1996 edition);
d) Combine "symbols," "external dimensions," and "total mass" into "dimensions and operating total mass" (see Chapter 5,.1996 edition, p. 3).
(Chapters 4.1.1 and 4.4.1);
e) The requirement for door frame opening dimensions has been removed (see 4.1.2 in the.1996 edition);
f) The volume requirement has been removed (see 4.1.3 of the.1996 edition);
g) Integrate "materials," "properties," "structure," and "surface requirements" into "basic requirements" (see Chapter 6, 4.2 of the.1996 edition).
4.3.1~4.3.3);
h) Changes were made to the requirements for the base plate, enclosure, accessories, ultimate load, and watertightness (see 7.1~7.5, 4.3.4~4.3.6 of the.1996 edition).
4.4.2, 4.3.2.2);
i) Manufacturing requirements and protective measures requirements have been removed (see 4.5 and 4.6 of the.1996 edition);
j) Test methods for the base plate, housing, and accessories have been added (see 8.1~8.3);
k) The "Strength Requirements" have been changed, and an ultimate load test method has been added (see 8.4, 4.4.2.3 of the.1996 edition);
l) The "static strength test" has been removed (see section 5.2 of the.1996 edition);
m) The "General Principles," "Test Equipment," "Cyclic Test," "Impact Test," and "Transit Test" sections of the "Ground Use Requirements Test" were deleted (see.1996).
Versions 5.3.1 to 5.3.5);
n) The watertightness test method has been changed (see 8.5, 5.3.6 of the.1996 edition);
o) The requirements for the bottom edge construction of containers have been changed (see Appendix B, Appendix B of the.1996 edition);
p) The sections "AKE,AKN container movement restrictions" and "Schematic diagram of container testing methods and equipment" have been deleted (see the.1996 edition).
