Foreword
This standard rule according to GB/T 1.1-2009 given draft.
This standard replaces GB/T 16149-1995 "chronic radiation sickness from external exposure dose estimation norms."
This standard compared with GB/T 16149-1995, the main changes are as follows.
--- Increased kerma (Ka), absorbed dose (D) of the terms and definitions;
--- Use of personal dose monitoring data HP (d) and conversion factor CPej, calculate organ absorbed dose;
--- In the calculation of non-personal dose monitoring data using the normalized workload dose estimation method, in addition to Appendix A Appendix outside of
Other appendices and tables made more changes;
--- Clearly effective dose (E) can not make an assessment of deterministic effects.
This standard is proposed and administered by the People's Republic of China Ministry of Health.
This standard was drafted. Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences Institute of Radiation Medicine.
The main drafters of this standard. Yuan Shu Yu, wearing retrocession Jiangen Hai, Zhang Liangan.
This standard replaces the standards previously issued as follows.

Chronic radiation sickness from external exposure dose estimation Specification
1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic principles and methods of chronic radiation sickness from external exposure dose estimation.
This standard applies to the radiation dose of medical diagnostic X-ray staff estimates and chronic radiation sickness from external exposure of patients and staff to be diagnosed
(Hereinafter collectively referred to staff) physical dose estimates, but also to determine the cause of radiation oncology radiation dose estimates.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Chronic radiation sickness from external exposure chronicradiationsicknessfromexternalexposure
After an extended period of radioactive staff continuously or intermittently by external exposure dose equivalent limit over, up to a certain cumulative dose primer
Played mainly in hematopoietic tissue damage and associated with other systemic diseases change the system.
2.2
Kerma kerma
Uncharged ionizing particles (such as γ-ray or neutron) passed to the kinetic energy per unit mass of material charged particles. It means the quality of
Dm given medium, the initial kinetic energy released by the dEtr and uncharged particles out of all charged ionizing particles within the volume divided by the mediator
Quality mass dm quotient obtained by Ka, see equation (1).
Ka = dEtrdm
(1)
In the description of Kerma, it must explain the type of medium is air or other media.
The SI unit of kerma is joule per kilogram (J · kg-1). Specific Names SI unit is Gy (Gy), 1Gy = 1J · kg-1.
2.3
Exposure rate exposurerate
Exposure is no longer legal units of measurement, should no longer be used, but as a transition unit of measurement can be calculated exposure rate constant
Field of radiation exposure rate at a certain point, see formula (2).
= AΓxR2
(2)
2.4
Neutron fluence neutronfluence
Radionuclide neutron source of the contact person from the heart from the neutron source is R (cm) when at approximate calculation of neutron fluence Φ, see equation (3).
Φ = PAnt4πR2
(3)
Where.
t --- by the neutron source exposure time, s;
Activity An --- neutron source, Bq;
P --- Tony neutron yield per can, the neutron yield on radionuclide neutron sources, see Appendix B Table B.1.
