Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 6505.2005 "vulcanized rubber or thermoplastic rubber and metal to metal adhesion and corrosion testing role
Fixed "(in English).
This standard replaces GB/T 14834-1993 "vulcanized rubber and metal-to-metal adhesion and corrosion effects of measurement."
This standard is based on ISO 6505.2005 redrafted.
This standard and ISO 6505.2005 and the following reasons difference. instead of ISO with GB grade metal metal grades for the domestic market
buy.
--- ISO 6505 standard specified in ISO 209-1 grades AlCu4SiMg condition TF aluminum, in line with
GB/T 3190 in grade aluminum 2A14 solution treated and precipitation process substitute;
--- ISO 6505 standard specified in ISO 630 Fe360A carbon steel grades, in line with GB/T 700 in grades Q235A
Instead of carbon steel;
--- ISO 6505 standard EN1652 stipulated in grades CuZn37 brass, in line with GB/T 5231 in grades H63
Instead of brass;
--- ISO 6505 standard EN1652 stipulated in grade Cu-ETP copper, in line with GB/T 5231 in T2 copper grades
instead.
For ease of use, this standard made the following editorial changes.
a) "this International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";
b) use a decimal point instead of a decimal comma ",". ",";
c) Remove the preface to international standards.
This standard and GB/T 14834-1993 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Changing the name of the standard;
Determination of the object --- expanded from vulcanized rubber vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber;
--- Test grades from the original aluminum LY11 to 2A14 (1993 edition Chapter VI; Chapter 6 of this edition);
--- Test strip metal plate size increased (50 ± 1) mm × 100mm (Chapter 6 of this edition);
--- Rubber O-ring to increase the sample specimen (Excerpts 7.1.2,9.5.1.2,9.5.2.2);
--- Added two test cycles (96 ± 2) h and (120 ± 2) h (edition 8.2);
--- The test procedure is described in different test environments, respectively. (Edition 9.5);
--- Corrosion evaluation test in different environments will be described separately. (Excerpts 10.2);
--- Increase normative annex A and informative Annex B.
