GB/T 14624 in this section instead of GB/T 14624.3-1993 "ink fluidity test method."
This portion of the GB/T 14624.3-1993 The main differences are as follows.

Offset printing ink fluidity test method
1 Scope
GB/T 14624 in the test methods specified in this part of the offset printing ink flowability.
This section applies to offset printing ink fluidity test.
Principle 2
Sample a volume of ink at a predetermined pressure by a certain time, which extended into a cylinder diameter in mm's.
3 Tools and Materials
3.1 palette knife.
3.2 glass.
3.3 scrubbing solvent. ethanol.
3.4 cotton yarn.
3.5 ink suction tube. capacity 0.1mL.

4 Conditions
Test should be carried out at a temperature of (23 ± 2) ℃ conditions.
