This standard is identical with the international standard ISO /IEC 7480.1991 Flat "Information technology - Telecommunications and information exchange DTE /
DCE interface signal quality at the start-stop transmission "(in English).
This standard replaces GB/T 14397-1993 "Information processing DTE/Start-stop transmission signal quality of DCE interface."
This standard and GB/T 14387-1993 compared to the main changes are as follows.

This standard is intended to supplement the electrical characteristics specified in CCITTV series of recommendations, and to provide the above-mentioned series CCITTV
