General test method in salt industry - Determination of moisture
1 Scope
This section GB/T 13025 product provides for determination of salt and salt chemical products in the water.
This section applies to the determination of salt and salt chemical products, product moisture wherein the loss on drying method applies only to a moisture content of not more than 4%
Determination of the sample.
2 Loss on drying method
2.1 Principle
Sample at a predetermined temperature (a temperature between 80 ℃ ~ 200 ℃) is dried to constant weight, weighing reductions before and after drying.
2.2 Instrument
2.2.1 Ovens. Temperature fluctuation ≤ ± 2 ℃.
2.2.2 low profile weighing bottle. 60mm × 30mm.
2.3 Analysis Steps
Weigh 10g crushed to 2mm or less homogeneous samples, weighing accuracy 0.001g, has been placed at a predetermined temperature dried and weighed low
Type weighing bottle, oblique open weighing bottle into the oven temperature gradually warmed to a predetermined temperature, continue drying 2h, covered weighing bottle, take
Out and transferred to a dryer, cooled to room temperature and weighed after each drying 1h weighing until two successive weighing the difference does not exceed 0.0005g
Regarded as a constant weight.
2.4 Calculation Results
The moisture content of the sample mass fraction w and its value as a percentage (%) expressed by the formula (1).
w = m1-m2m × 100%
(1)
Where.
m1 --- weighing bottle plus sample before drying mass in grams (g);
m2 after drying --- weighing bottle plus sample mass, in grams (g);
m --- weighed sample mass, in grams (g).
2.5 Precision
In the same laboratory by the same operator using the same equipment, the same testing methods, and in a short time on the same object to be measured phase
Two independent mutually independent test results obtained absolute difference is not greater than specified in Table 1.
Table 1
The absolute difference between the moisture content /% result /%
