Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 12730-2008 "Narrow V-belt for general transmission". Compared with GB/T 12730-2008, except for editorial repair
The main technical changes changed are as follows.
--- Revised the requirements for dimensional performance and test methods (see 5.2, 6.1, 6.1 of the.2008 edition);
--- Removed the requirements and test methods for the bond strength of the cord in physical properties (see 5.2, 6.3 of the.2008 edition);
--- Revised the requirements for fatigue performance and test methods (see 5.4, Appendix B, 5.3, 6.5 of the.2008 edition).
This standard was proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.

General transmission narrow V-belt
1 Scope
This standard specifies the structure, type and marking, requirements, test methods and inspections of narrow V-belts for general transmission (hereinafter referred to as "narrow V-belts").
Rules and signs, labels, packaging, storage and shipping.
This standard is applicable to high-speed and high-power mechanical transmission belts, and is also applicable to general power transmission belts.

3 structure
The narrow V-belt is divided into two types according to the structure. a narrow V-belt and a narrow V-belt. The narrow V-belt is divided into a narrow V-cut.
The belt has a narrow V-belt with a toothed edge and a narrow V-belt with a bottom rubber clip.
The narrow V-belt is composed of a cloth, a top cloth, a top rubber, a buffer rubber, a tensile body, a primer, a bottom rubber cloth, a base cloth, and the like (see Fig. 1).
