Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 12246-2006 "Pilot-operated pressure reducing valves". Compared with GB/T 12246-2006, the only changes are structural adjustments and editing.
Aside from the sexual alterations, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);
b) The terms "integrated pilot-operated pressure reducing valve" and "split pilot-operated pressure reducing valve" and their definitions have been added (see Chapter 3);
c) A typical structural diagram of a split-type pilot-operated pressure reducing valve has been added (see Figure 3);
d) The component requirements have been removed and the requirements for the adjusting spring pressure level have been changed (see 5.2, 4.4 of the.2006 version);
e) Performance requirements have been changed (see 5.3, version 4.3 from.2006);
f) The signage was changed and painting requirements were added (see Chapter 8, Chapter 7 of the.2006 edition).
Please note that some content in this document may involve patents. The issuing organization of this document assumes no responsibility for identifying patents.
