Part 14. Laminated hook in check
1 Scope
This section GB/T 10051 specifies the content inspection of laminated hooks used, requirements and inspection cycle.
This section applies to crane lifting the molten metal (ladle) of laminated hook (hereinafter referred to as the hook).

3 Check the contents and requirements
3.1 Check before use
3.1.1 shall GB/T 10051.13-2010 6.2 inspection provisions hook sign.
3.1.2 hook flag should be consistent with the manufacturer's certificate of compliance.
3.2 Check
3.2.1 Surface Crack
Hook surface should not have cracks, in particular to check hanging hook hole portion, if cracks should be replaced.
3.2.2 Deformation
If you look at the risk of the hook section of the hook and neck deformation, or when the bending radius of the lateral deformation of less than 10 times the thickness should
Replace the hook.
3.2.3 Wear
Check hook hook sleeve and mouth guards, anti-collision shield amount of wear must not exceed 5% GB/T 10051.15 specified basic size.
3.2.4 Welding
Hook defect does not allow welding.
4 Periodic inspection and inspectors
Frequent and regular inspection cycles are shown in Table 1 and Table 2. Frequent inspections by the operator or other persons delegated to perform periodic inspection
It should perform full-time inspectors.
Inspectors should be required in this section 3.2 itemized checks, regular inspections should be recorded and archived.
For special occasions, it can be otherwise.
