Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB 6222-2005 "Safety Regulations for Coal Gas in Industrial Enterprises". Compared with GB 6222-2005, the only changes are structural adjustments and editing.
Aside from the sexual alterations, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The definition and related requirements for partition devices have been revised (see 3.3, 7.2,.2005 edition of 3.3, 7.2);
---The terms "gas venting device" and "spectacles valve" have been added (see 3.7, 3.11);
---The general requirements for gas safety management in industrial enterprises have been revised (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the.2005 edition);
---Added safety technical requirements for the recovery and purification of ferroalloy furnace gas (see 5.7);
---The safety technical requirements for bag filters and residual pressure turbine power generation units have been revised (see 5.3.2.5, 5.3.2.7,.2005 edition).
5.3.2.5, 5.3.2.6);
---The requirements for anti-static and lightning protection measures for gas pipelines have been revised (see 6.1.2, 6.1.3 in the.2005 edition);
---Changed the minimum horizontal distance between overhead gas pipelines and buildings/structures, overhead power lines, insulated cables, railways, roads, and adjacent pipelines.
Clear distance and minimum perpendicular clearance at intersections (see 6.2.1.3, 6.2.1.4, and 6.2.1.4 and 6.2.1.5 in the.2005 edition);
---Added minimum horizontal clearance between underground gas pipelines and buildings/structures, and minimum vertical clearance at intersections (see 6.2.2.9).
6.2.2.10);
---Added calculation pressure requirements for the gas pipeline after the converter gas extractor [see 6.4.2f];
---Added requirements for corrosion protection of gas pipelines (see 6.5);
---The safety requirements for gas pipeline pressure testing have been revised (see 6.3.1, 6.4.4, and 6.4.4 in the.2005 edition);
---The intrinsic safety and operational safety requirements for water seals, spectacle valves, drainers, etc., have been modified (see 7.2.2, 7.2.3, 7.4,.2005 edition).
7.2.3, 7.2.4, 7.4);
---The safety requirements for residual gas venting devices have been changed (see 7.3.2,.2005 edition of 7.3.2);
---The fire hazard classification and fire resistance rating of buildings such as the gas pressurization station, mixing station, and main plant building of the gas extraction unit have been changed (see...).
8.1.1 (8.1.1 in the.2005 version);
---The requirement for natural gas pressure regulating stations has been removed (see 8.3 in the.2005 edition);
---The intrinsic safety requirements for dry gas holders have been changed (see 9.3, 9.2 in the.2005 edition);
---Added safety requirements for lightning protection grounding of gas holder cabinets (see 9.1.4);
---Added a pass standard for carbon monoxide testing before entering gas-filled areas and facilities (see 10.2.3);
---The requirements for recording test results by personnel inspecting gas facilities before entry have been changed (see 10.2.4, 10.2.3 in the.2005 version);
---Increased the required number of on-duty personnel for gas protection stations (groups) in metallurgical enterprises (see 11.2.1);
---Added requirements for setting alarm values and on-site configuration of carbon monoxide concentration monitoring alarm devices (see 11.3);
---Added "Verification Methods" (see Chapter 13).

Industrial Enterprise Gas Safety Standards
1 Scope
This document specifies the types of generators, water-gas furnaces, semi-water-gas furnaces, vertical continuous carbonization furnaces, blast furnaces, converters, and coke ovens within industrial enterprise premises.
The design, management, operation, maintenance, repair, and repair of facilities for the production, recovery, purification, transmission, distribution, storage, and use of coal gas from furnaces, ferroalloy furnaces, and other similar equipment.
Emergency response and other safety management and technical requirements are outlined, along with corresponding verification methods.
This document applies to gas facilities within industrial plant premises.
This document does not apply to the production of methane, methanol, hydrogen, or other industrial products using coal gas as a raw material, nor to the main and branch pipelines of urban coal gas.
Gas facilities such as courtyard pipe networks and pressure regulating systems.
