This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB 27951-2011 Hygienic Requirements for Skin Disinfectants. Compared with GB 27951-2011, except for structural adjustments and compilations
In addition to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added and deleted some normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2011 edition);
---Changed the definition of complete skin (see 3.3);
---Added raw material requirements (see Chapter 4);
--- Deleted the types of disinfectants commonly used in intact skin and damaged skin (see 4.1.1, 4.1.2 in the.2011 edition);
--- Deleted sensory indicators (see 4.3.1 in the.2011 edition);
--- Revise product quality requirements to technical requirements (see Chapter 5);
---Added multiple skin irritation tests in Table 2 of toxicological indicators, deleted acute eye irritation test and skin abnormalities in Table 2
Test (see 5.3.1, 4.3.4 of the.2011 edition);
---Adjusted the position of restricted substances and prohibited substances in the standard (see 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 8.2);
