This document supersedes GB 20300-2018 "Safety Technical Conditions for Road Transport Vehicles Carrying Explosives and Highly Toxic Chemicals" and GB 21668-2008.
The structural requirements for vehicles transporting dangerous goods, GB 36220-2018 "Safety Technical Conditions for Oil Tankers and Refueling Vehicles", and GB 20300-
Compared with GB.2018, GB 21668-2008, and GB 36220-2018, the main technical changes are as follows, apart from structural adjustments and editorial modifications.
---The term "dangerous goods" and its definition have been changed (see 3.1, GB 21668-2008 3.1);
---The terms "explosives" and "canister volume" and their definitions have been removed (see sections 3.1 and 3.3 of GB 20300-2018);
---The terms "residual fuel level," "tire blowout emergency safety device," and "rollover prevention control system" and their definitions have been removed (see GB 36220-2018).

This document applies to N-class vehicles, O-class semi-trailers, and semi-trailer truck trains transporting dangerous goods.
