This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB 18040-2008 "Civil Transportation Airport Emergency Rescue Facilities".
This standard is compared with GB 18040-2008. In addition to editorial changes, the main technical contents are changed as follows.

Civil transport airport should be equipped with emergency equipment
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the level of emergency protection for civil transport airports (hereinafter referred to as "airports"), and shall provide emergency rescue work mechanisms and organizations.
And personnel, should be used in emergency care institutions, emergency medical equipment, emergency supplies, emergency vehicles, emergency equipment, emergency equipment
The ambulance sign identifies the basic requirements for emergency ambulance uniforms and high-altitude airports.
This standard is applicable to the equipment for emergency care facilities in the design, construction, safe operation and emergency response of airports.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1

3 Airport emergency protection level
3.1 General principles
The airport should be classified into 10 levels according to the level of first-aid protection. According to the type of airport operation, it is divided into passenger transportation, emergency protection level and goods.
The operation should be based on the level of first aid protection. The airport shall be applicable to the passenger transportation operation in the first-aid protection level and the cargo operation in the first-aid protection level.
Higher level of emergency protection. The airport emergency protection level should not be lower than level 1.
3.2 Passenger transportation should be provided with first aid protection level
3.2.1 According to the length of the aircraft model of the largest aircraft operating at the airport, the priority level of passenger service should be selected according to Table 1.
