This Standard replaces GB 15082-1999 Motor vehicles - Speed meters. Compared with GB 15082-1999, the main changes of this Standard are as follows. - Modify the contents of general requirements (sub-clause 3.3 of 1999 edition; sub- clause 3.3 and 3.4 of this edition); - modify the basic error relationship (clause 4 of 1999 edition; clause 4 of this edition). This Standard was proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee on Auto Standardization Administration of China. The responsible drafting organizations of this Standard.
