1 Scope
This standard specifies the blurred image processing technology in image enhancement basic requirements.
This standard applies to our judiciary in handling criminal, civil and other activities dealing with accidents in the event of image enhancement work.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
