Foreword
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GA/T 541-2005 "Code for the management of data for public security operations".
Since the implementation of this standard GA/T 541-2005 date shall be repealed.
The main changes compared to GA/T 541-2005 are.
--- the name of the standard from the "public security business data management procedures" to "public security data element management procedures";
--- Change the data element to data element;
--- Increase the relevant content of historical records management activities.
This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Public Security Science and Technology Information Bureau.
This standard by the Ministry of Public Security Computer and Information Processing Standardization Technical Committee.
The drafting of this standard unit. the first Institute of Public Security, Ministry of Public Security Science and Technology Information Bureau.
The main drafters of this standard. Ma Xiaodong, Zhang Xianhua, Li Tong, Sun Xiajing, Zhao Haiping, Li Ruoxiang, Yan Jianhua, Chao Mingjun.
This standard replaced the previous version of the standard release.
