4 Principles
Paints show different colors due to different pigments added and different light absorption, transmission, reflection and fluorescence spectral characteristics. Microscope
The spectrophotometer can optically amplify the measurement area of tiny substances and measure the radiant energy of the light source in this area when illuminated by a specific light source.
The relationship between the amount of absorption, transmission, reflection, and fluorescence produced by the amount and the wavelength of the illuminating light source. Therefore, microspectrophotometry can be used for micro-volume
Analysis of absorption, reflection, transmission and fluorescence spectral characteristics of paint samples.
