3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 14666, GJB170A and GA/T 242 apply to this document.
4 Principles
To extract the organic components in the shooting residue (see Appendix A for basic information on the compounds), use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry or gas chromatography.
Spectrum-tandem mass spectrometry detection uses retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The reagents used in the analysis are all chromatographically pure and include.
a) Acetone;
b) Standard solution.
1) Standard material stock solution. 1.0 mg/mL standard material stock solution, frozen and stored below -18°C, valid for 12 months;
2) Standard material working solution.
---Mixed standard working solution for qualitative use. Pipette appropriate amounts of each standard material stock solution and prepare it with acetone to 500ng/mL.
