4 Principles
Using blank samples and added samples as controls, and in accordance with the requirements for parallel operations, 29 pesticides in water samples (see the appendix for basic information on compounds)
A) Extract, use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for detection, and use retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis were of analytical grade. Reagents include.
a) Drinking water. tap water;
b) Tetrachlorethylene ethanol solution (take preparation of 10mL as an example). Pipette 500μL tetrachlorethylene (chromatography grade), dilute with ethanol and adjust to volume
to 10mL and mix well;
c) Standard solution.
1) Standard material stock solution. After converting according to the purity of 29 pesticides including butyrazine, weigh an appropriate amount of each and prepare it with ethanol.
1.0 mg/mL standard material stock solution, stored below -18°C, valid for 12 months, or use commercially available standard solutions;
2) Internal standard stock solution. Use propyl spasmolyticin (SKF525A) as the internal standard, and after converting it according to its purity and salt form, weigh an appropriate amount.
Prepare an internal standard stock solution of 1.0 mg/mL with ethanol, store it below -18°C, and have a validity period of 12 months;
3) Single standard working solution. Pipette appropriate amounts of each of the 29 pesticide standard material stock solutions including butyra, and prepare them with ethanol.
The single standard working solution of 0.1mg/mL is stored at 0℃~4℃ and is valid for 3 months. Other concentrations used in the experiment
Single standard working solutions are prepared from 0.1mg/mL single standard working solution with ethanol;
