The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
After carbon monoxide enters the body, it combines with hemoglobin to form carboxyhemoglobin. The hemoglobin in the blood reduces hemoglobin and oxygenates hemoglobin.
It exists in four forms. protein, carboxyhemoglobin and methemoglobin. Different hemoglobins have different absorption spectra under ultraviolet and visible light.
Under the action of the reducing agent, oxyhemoglobin and methemoglobin are reduced to reduced hemoglobin, while carboxyhemoglobin is not reduced and remains.
Hemoglobin in the original blood exists in two forms. reduced hemoglobin and carboxyhemoglobin. The different absorption characteristics of these two substances are used to
The properties and absorbance values were tested according to Lambert-Beer's law.
Use the blank sample and the added sample as a control, and according to the requirements of parallel operations, after processing the blood, use spectrophotometry to conduct
detection.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
