Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry for testing imidazoline drugs
1 Scope
This document stipulates the tetrahydrozoline, naphazoline, xylometazoline, hydroxymethyl in biological test materials (blood, urine, liver, etc.) in the field of forensic science.
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) testing method for five imidazoline drugs including oxazoline and medetomidine.
This document is applicable to tetrahydrozoline, naphazoline, xylometazoline, hydroxymethyl in biological test materials (blood, urine, liver, etc.) in the field of forensic science.
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of five imidazoline drugs including oxazoline and medetomidine. Other inspection materials can be used as a reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Using blank samples and added samples as controls, according to the requirements of parallel operations, the five imidazoline drugs (compound basics) in the biological test materials were analyzed.
For information, see Appendix A) for extraction and detection using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, using retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ion pairs and ion pair abundance ratios
It is the basis for qualitative judgment; based on the peak area (or peak area ratio), the external standard method or the internal standard method is used for quantification.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should comply with the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are of chromatographic grade.
Reagents include.
a) methanol;
b) Acetonitrile;
c) Ethyl acetate. analytical grade;
d) 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (take preparing 100mL as an example). Measure 0.83mL hydrochloric acid (analytically pure, mass fraction 36%~
38%), dilute with water and adjust the volume to 100mL, mix well;
e) 5% methanol solution (take preparing 100mL as an example). measure 5mL of methanol, dilute with water and adjust the volume to 100mL, and mix well;
