Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
1 Scope
This document specifies the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of cathinones, norpseudoephedrine, and norephedrine suspected in the field of forensic science.
(GC-MS) qualitative detection method and gas chromatography (GC) quantitative detection method of cathinone and norpseudoephedrine.
This document is applicable to the qualitative analysis and analysis of cathinone, norpseudoephedrine, norephedrine and cathinone in suspected chat grass in the field of forensic science.
Quantitative analysis of ketone and norpseudoephedrine.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Extract the cathinone, norpseudoephedrine and norephedrine in the suspected khat grass (see Appendix A for basic information on the compounds). Pick
Use gas chromatography-mass spectrometry for detection, using retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment; use gas chromatography
For detection, the chromatographic peak area was used as the quantitative basis, and the external standard single-point method was used for quantitative analysis.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should comply with the third-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.The reagents used in the analysis are all of analytical grade and include.
a) methanol;
b) Ethyl acetate;
c) 0.1mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (take preparing 100mL as an example). Measure an appropriate amount of water into a 100mL volumetric flask, and add 833μL of concentrated salt
Acid, then dilute to 100mL with water, shake well, and then use;
d) 20% sodium hydroxide solution (taking 100g as an example). Weigh 20g of sodium hydroxide, dissolve it in 80g of water, and stir until completely dissolved.
