3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Extract nimezepam from suspected drug samples (see Table A.1 in Appendix A for basic information on the compound). Using liquid chromatography-mass
Spectrum detection is based on retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ion pairs and ion pair abundance ratios as the basis for qualitative judgment; liquid chromatography detection is used, and chromatographic peaks are used as the basis for qualitative judgment.
The area was used as the quantitative basis, and the external standard single point method or the external standard standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should comply with the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are of chromatographic grade.
Reagents include.
a) Acetonitrile;
b) methanol;
c) 20mmol/L ammonium formate solution (0.1% formic acid). Weigh 1260mg of ammonium formate, dissolve it in.200mL of water, and measure the formic acid
1.0mL, drop into the above ammonium formate solution, transfer to a 1000mL volumetric flask and dilute to volume with water;
d) Acetonitrile solution (0.1% formic acid) (take preparation of 1000mL as an example). Measure 1.0mL of formic acid, dilute with.200mL of acetonitrile, and transfer
Dilute to volume with acetonitrile in a 1000mL volumetric flask;
