Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are of analytical grade, including:

b) Standard solution:
1) Standard substance stock solution: Nimetazepam standard substance stock solution;
2) The standard working solution is divided into the following four categories according to the experimental requirements:
---Qualitative standard working solution: pipette an appropriate amount of nimetazepam standard substance stock solution, dilute with methanol, and prepare
0:1mg/mL Nimetazepam standard working solution, stored in refrigerator at 0℃~4℃, valid for 3 months;
---Qualitative quality control standard working solution: pipette an appropriate amount of nimetazepam standard substance stock solution, dilute with methanol, and prepare
0:002mg/mL Nimetazepam standard working solution, stored in cold storage at 0℃~4℃, valid for 1 month;
