4 principles
The caffeine in the suspected drug samples (see Appendix A for compound information) was extracted with an organic solvent: liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
The qualitative judgment was based on retention time, characteristic ions and ion-pair abundance ratio of mass spectrometry; liquid chromatography was used for detection, and the chromatographic peak area was used as the basis for qualitative judgment:
As a quantitative basis, the quantitative analysis was carried out with the external standard single point method or the external standard standard curve method:
5 Reagents and Materials
5:1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682: Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are chromatographic
Pure, reagents include:
a) Acetonitrile;
b) Methanol;
c) Standard solution:
1) Standard substance stock solution: 1:0mg/mL standard caffeine standard substance stock solution, refrigerated storage at 0°C~4°C, valid for 12 days
month;
2) The standard working solution is divided into the following four categories according to the experimental requirements:
