4 principles
Dihydroetorphine (see Appendix A for compound information) in suspected drugs was extracted: detection by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
The time, characteristic ion pair of mass spectrum and ion pair abundance ratio were used as the basis for qualitative judgment; the chromatographic peak area of quantitative ion pair was used as the quantitative basis, and
Quantitative analysis was performed by external standard single-point method or external standard standard curve method; liquid chromatography was used for detection, and the chromatographic peak area was used as the quantitative basis, and external standard
Standard single point method or external standard standard curve method for quantitative analysis:
5 Reagents and materials
5:1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682: Unless otherwise stated, all reagents used in the analysis were chromatographically pure:
Reagents include:
a) Methanol;
b) 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0:2% (volume fraction) acetic acid (take the preparation of 1000mL as an example): weigh ammonium acetate
385:4mg, add 2mL of acetic acid, add water to dissolve and set the volume to 1000mL, mix well, filter through the water system with a pore size of 0:22μm
Filter membrane, refrigerated storage at 0°C~4°C, valid for 3 months;
