3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Extract 5F-AMB and 5F-APINACA from suspected drugs (see Appendix A for compound information). liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
The detection method is based on retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ion pairs and ion pair abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment; the liquid chromatography method is used for detection, and the chromatographic method is used for detection.
The peak area was used as the basis for quantitative analysis, and quantitative analysis was carried out using the external standard single point method or the external standard standard curve method.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should comply with the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.The reagents used in the analysis are all chromatographically pure and include the following
solution.
a) Acetonitrile.
b) methanol.
c) 0.1% formic acid solution (take preparing 1000mL as an example). Measure 1mL of formic acid, dilute with water and adjust to 1000mL.
