4 General
4.1 Inspection requirements
4.1.1 The principle of seeking truth from facts shall be followed, and damage evidence shall be found, recorded and fixed objectively and truthfully.
4.1.2 In principle, the content of forensic clinical examination includes general condition examination and specialist condition examination.
Select and determine the inspection items and contents according to the specific situation.
4.1.3 The integrity and usability of the materials submitted for inspection shall be reviewed.
4.1.4 The clinical manifestations recorded in the submitted materials should be reviewed, and the positive signs caused by the injury and the negative signs with screening significance should be checked and recorded.

4.2 Inspection subject
The examiner shall conduct the examination under the auspices of a forensic doctor with corresponding professional qualifications.
4.3 Environment and equipment
