3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
shorttandemrepeats; STR
The repeating unit consists of 2 to 6 nucleotides, and the DNA fragment repeats more than 5 to 60 times, and the total length is mostly below 400bp.
DNA sequence.
3.2
A technique for amplifying specific DNA fragments in vitro, which can obtain nearly one million copies of target DNA fragments within a few hours.
3.3
Primer
The synthetic oligonucleotide sequence is complementary to the sequence flanking the target fragment, which limits the length of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) product.
degree and specificity.
3.4
positive control positivecontrol
DNA samples that are known to be typed in the experimental setting are primarily used to monitor the reliability and accuracy of DNA typing results.
3.5
negative control
A test sample that does not contain DNA samples set up in an experiment.
4 Principles
Domestic pigs are multiparous and high-yielding mammals belonging to the family Suidae and the genus Porcine.
