3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 principles
Using the blank sample and the added sample as a control, according to the requirements of parallel operation, the 21 kinds of alkaloids (see Appendix A) in the biological samples were tested.
Extraction, purification and concentration were carried out, and liquid chromatography-triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry were used for detection.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, the reagents used in the analysis are chromatographic
Pure, reagents include.
a) Methanol;
b) acetonitrile;
c) formic acid.
d) ethyl acetate;
e) Phosphate buffer solution with a pH value of 6.0 (take the preparation of 100mL as an example). weigh 0.88g of disodium hydrogen phosphate (Na2HPO4·12H2O),
Sodium dihydrogen acid (NaH2PO4 2H2O) 2.74g, add water to dissolve to 100mL, shake well for later use;
