3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Police unmanned aircraft policeunmannedaircraft
Aircraft that are equipped by the public security organ and are suitable for the execution of police duties, that are not controlled by the pilot onboard the aircraft, including autonomous aircraft and remote control
Driving aircraft, excluding aeronautical models, unmanned free balloons, tethered balloons, and aircraft for special policing needs.

A system of police unmanned aircraft and its associated control stations (stations), required command and control links, etc.
