3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1

5 Technical requirements
5.1 General requirements
5.1.1 Blankets and fences shall be made of liners, jackets, etc.
5.1.2 The outer cover of the blanket and the fence shall be flat, without drawing, damage, tearing and corrosive dirt. The sewing stitch shall be straight, regular and elastic, and appropriate.
Evenly, no jumpers, broken wires, and the sewing should be firm.
