This standard replaces GA 422-2008 "Anti-riot shield", compared with GA 422-2008, the main changes are as follows.

--- Increased general requirements (see 5.1);
--- Increased appearance requirements (see 5.2.2);
--- Revised the color requirements (see 5.4, 5.1.2 of the.2008 edition);
---Modified the size requirements of the observation window (see 5.5, 5.1.5 of the.2008 edition);

4 classification and code
4.1 Classification
Police riot shields are classified into transparent and opaque according to the optical properties of the shield material.
4.2 Code
The police riot shield product code consists of product name code, material code, specification code, enterprise custom code and model code.
The police riot shield product name code is represented by “FBP”; the material code is made of “T” for transparent material, and “B” for opaque material.
The specification code uses "L" for large size, "S" for small size; enterprise custom code for two Chinese pinyin uppercase letters; model code
Expressed in two digits.
