1 Scope
This standard specifies the type, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and transportation of the life-saving descending device (hereinafter referred to as the descending device).

4 Technical requirements
4.1 Appearance quality
The descender should consist of safety hooks, seat belts, ropes, governors, metal connectors and rope reels. The outer surface of the metal part should be smooth, no
