Foreword
All the technical contents of this standard is mandatory.
Since the implementation of this standard replaces GA 392-2002 "uniforms raincoat."
This standard compared with GA 392-2002, major changes are as follows.
--- Change the structure style raincoat;
--- Change the lining;
--- Increasing the material standard number;
--- Increase the appearance of the finished quality requirements;
--- Increasing the intrinsic quality of the finished product requirements and test methods;
--- Increased product content of the flag.
Appendix A of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix B is an informative annex.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for uniforms raincoat, test (test) methods, inspection and classification determination rules, packaging, transportation and storage.
