Foreword

All the technical contents of this standard is mandatory. This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. From the date of implementation of this standard in place GA 318-2001 "planted balaclavas caps." This standard compared with GA 318-2001, the main technical changes are as follows. --- Change the standard name; adds, "Yang Jianrong cloth cap", "Yang Jianrong leather hat" variety (see Chapter 3). --- Revised fabrics and related accessories (see Table 2, 2001 edition of the Table 2); --- Modify part of the process; --- Increasing the material standard number (see Table 2); --- Increasing the product content of the flag (see 4.7); --- Increasing the physical and chemical property requirements and test methods (see 4.9,5.7); --- Increasing safety requirements and test methods (see 4.10,5.8); --- Tone changed carton size (see 7.1). This standard was proposed by the Ministry of Public Security Equipment Finance Bureau. This standard by the Ministry of Public Security Special Police Equipment Standardization Technical Committee. This standard was drafted. 1 Scope

This standard specifies the cap plush hat (hereinafter referred to as "plush hat") requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and Storage. This standard applies to shearing cap production, testing, acceptance and order.
