Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard FZ/T 96007-1992 "cord spinning machine."
Compared with this standard FZ/T 96007-1992, in addition to editorial changes outside the main differences are as follows.
--- Added "foreword";
--- Increased cord FDY spinning machine specifications and the basic parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules;
--- UDY improved mechanical winding winders the maximum speed, the maximum speed of the winding process (see Table 1);
--- UDY screw diameter increases, the expanded product line density range (see Table 1);
--- Remove the "long axis of the drive friction roller" (see 4.2.4);
--- Narrowing the "spinning box fixed temperature measurement points of difference" range (see 4.3.2);
--- Improving the "inverter frequency accuracy" (see 4.3.4);
--- Increasing the "safety mark" (see 7.1.3).
