| Summary | This standard specifies the use of voltammetric linear scanning method for the determination of phenolic and amine antioxidant content in turbine oils and transformer oils. This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of phenolic and amine antioxidants in unused or used turbine oil and transformer oil. The determination of the content of phenolic and amine antioxidants in other oils can also be carried out according to this standard. The detection limit of the standard phenolic antioxidant is 0.03% and the determination limit is 0.1%. The detection limit of the standard amine antioxidant is 0.04% and the determination limit is 0.13%. |
