Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces CJ/T 219-2005 "Hydraulic Control Valve", compared with CJ/T 219-2005, except for editorial modification of the main technology
The changes are as follows.
--- Modify the nominal size and nominal pressure range;
--- Modify "adjustable pressure relief valve" as "split pilot decompression regulator valve";
--- Removed the terms slow closing muffler check valve, water pump control valve and emergency stop valve;
--- Modify "differential pressure bypass bypass valve" as "pressure differential control valve";
--- Modify the structure type, remove the slow closing anechoic check valve, pump control valve and emergency stop valve, new Y-type diaphragm main valve;
--- Added coating and appearance requirements;
--- Added hydraulic loss and low pressure water seal test requirements;
--- Increased the requirements for the normal opening and closing of differential float valves;
--- Modified pressure relief/pressure valve technical performance parameters;
--- Revised inspection item list.

Hydraulic control valve
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions of hydraulic control valves, structure types and models, materials, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and signs.
Packaging and storage.
This standard applies to the nominal size DN50 ~ DN1000, the maximum allowable working pressure is not greater than 4MPa, the temperature is 0 °C ~ 80 °C,
The working medium is the water control valve for water supply systems such as production, life, and fire protection of clean water.
