1 Scope
This standard specifies the ingot of requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage, quality certificate and contract (or order
Manifest) content.
This standard applies to tantalum powder by compression molding, vacuum sintering blank, vacuum electron beam melting tantalum ingot preparation.

3 Requirements
3.1 Categories
Depending on the chemical composition of the product, the product is divided into GTD-1, GTD-2, GTD-3, Ta1, Ta2 five grades.
3.2 Chemical composition
GTD grades for chemical composition of the product (mass fraction) shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. Ta1, Ta2 chemical composition should be consistent with YS/T 751
Provisions.
