1 Scope
This section YS/T 807 specifies the method for determination of aluminum alloy with beryllium content.
This section applies to the determination of aluminum alloy with beryllium content. Measuring range. 0.50% - 6.50%.
2 Method summary
Sample was dissolved with hydrochloric acid to disodium edetate, sodium tartrate as a masking agent, a pH of 9.5 in ammonia - ammonium nitrate buffer solution
The beryllium and Eriochrome cyanide blue R (SCR), cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) forming a ternary complex at the wavelength spectrophotometer
Measuring the absorbance at 560nm.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only the gifted class pure reagents and sub-boiling distilled water or potassium.
3.1 hydrochloride (11).
3.2 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL).
3.3 sodium tartrate solution (200g/L, to be filtered).
3.4 Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) solution (100g/L, to be filtered).
3.5 pairs nitrophenol solution (0.2g/L).
Aqueous ammonia 3.6 (ρ = 0.90g/mL).
3.7 Eriochrome cyanide blue R (2g/L). Weigh 0.500gSCR in 250mL beaker, add 2mL nitric acid (3.2), stirring with a glass rod
Uniform, then add about 150mL of water to dissolve it completely and transferred to 250mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water and mix (such as turbidity to be filtered).
3.8 cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) solution (4g/L). Weigh 1.000gCTMAB in 250mL beaker, add
About 150mL of water, 10mL of ethanol and stirred, warmed to dissolve completely and transferred to 250mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water, mix (make
If crystallization occurs can be used to warm to clear).
3.9 ammonia - ammonium nitrate buffer solution. Weigh 51.8g ammonium nitrate dissolved in about 400mL of water was added 65mL ammonia (3.6), and mix. use
Ammonia (3.6) or nitric acid (11) was adjusted to a pH of 9.5 (pH meter measurement) and transferred to 500mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with water,
Mix well.
3.10 Beryllium standard stock solution
3.10.1 preparation. Weigh 2.00g beryllium sulfate (BeSO4 · 4H2O) were dissolved in 100mL of water, filtered in 1000mL volumetric flask,
Added 340mL of hydrochloric acid (3.1), diluted with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing about 0.1mg beryllium.
It can also be used beryllium nitrate, beryllium carbonate Beryllium standard stock solution preparation.
3.10.2 Calibration. Pipette 50.00mL solution (3.10.1) in 250mL beaker, add 30mL water, heated to a boil, remove, add
