1 Scope
This section YS/T 807 specifies the method for determination of aluminum alloy with manganese content.
This section applies to the determination of aluminum alloy with manganese content. Measuring range. 5.0% to 30.0%.
2 Method summary
Sample with sulfuric acid dissolved in sulfuric acid, manganese (Ⅱ) by potassium periodate oxidation of manganese (Ⅶ), in the spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 525nm
Measuring the absorbance calculated Mn.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only the gifted class pure reagents and sub-boiling distilled water or potassium.
3.1 potassium periodate.
3.2 sulfuric acid (ρ = 1.84g/L), pure class distinctions.
3.3 sulfate (11).
3.4 manganese standard stock solution. Weigh 1.000g manganese metal (pre-weighing with dilute sulfuric acid to remove surface oxides and then washed with water and drying the acid),
8mL added sulfuric acid (3.3) to dissolve completely transferred to 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution containing 1mL
1000μg manganese.
3.5 manganese standard solution. Pipette 20.00mL manganese standard stock solution (3.4) in 100mL volumetric flask, was added 2mL of sulfuric acid (3.3),
Diluted with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 200μg manganese.
4 instruments and equipment
Spectrophotometer.
5 Sample
The sample was processed into a thickness of less than 1mm debris.
Step 6 Analysis
6.1 Sample
Weigh 0.1g sample, accurate to 0.0001g.
