1 Scope
This section YS/T 807 specifies the method for determination of aluminum alloy with strontium content.
This section applies to the determination of aluminum alloy with strontium content. Determination of the range of 3.00% - 12.00%.
2 Method summary
The sample with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide dissolved, (pH 6.5 to 7.5) solution to hexamethylenetetramine and weak alkaline copper reagent separation
Iron, aluminum, manganese, and other metal ions, move the filtrate added magnesium, chrome black T as indicator to control the pH value of 10, standard with EDTA
Standard solution titration strontium content.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only the gifted class pure reagents and sub-boiling distilled water or potassium.
3.1 Hydrogen peroxide (ρ = 1.10g/mL).
3.2 ethanol.
Aqueous ammonia 3.3 (ρ = 0.89g/mL).
3.4 hydrochloride (11).
3.5 hexamethylenetetramine solution (250g/L).
3.6 Copper reagent solution (50g/L). Weigh 5g of copper reagent (diethylamino sodium thiosulfate) was dissolved in 25mL absolute ethanol (3.2), washed with water
Diluted to 100mL.
3.7 ammonia - ammonium chloride buffer solution (pH value of 10). Weigh 54g of ammonium chloride (analytical grade) was dissolved in 200mL of water, 350mL added ammonia
Water (3.3), diluted to 1000mL.
3.8 chrome black T indicator. Weigh 0.2g chrome black T dissolved in 10mL ammonia (3.3) and 40mL of anhydrous ethanol (3.2), dissolved completely,
Stored in brown dropper bottle.
3.9 strontium standard solution (1.0mg/mL). Weigh 1.6850g strontium carbonate (SrCO3, ≥99.99%) was dissolved in an appropriate amount of hydrochloric acid (3.4), and
Heated to boiling, cooled, diluted with water to 1000mL, and mix the solution 1mL containing 1.0mg strontium.
3.10 Zinc standard solution (0.0200mol/L). Weigh 1.3076g remove the metal surface of the zinc oxide film (≥99.90%) placed
300mL beaker, was added 20mL of hydrochloric acid (3.4), heated to dissolve completely evaporated 10mL, cooled and transferred to 1000mL volumetric flask, with
Dilute with water to volume, and mix.
3.11 Mg standard solution (0.0200mol/L). Weigh 0.4861g of magnesium metal (≥99.9%) into 300mL beaker, was added 30mL
Hydrochloric acid (3.4), completely dissolved by heating, cooled, diluted with water to 1000mL.
