Foreword
Instead of the standard YS/T 522-2006 "copper nickel and white" (formerly GB/T 5190-1985).
Compared with this standard YS/T 522-2006, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name from "nickel and copper white" to "nickel foil";
--- Increased N5, N7, N8 three grades, chemical composition wherein N5 grades equivalent to grades and ISO standards NW2201
ASTM standards UNSN02201 grade requirements, N7 grade chemical composition equivalent ISO standard grades NW2200
And ASTM standards UNSN02200 grade requirements. Remove the zinc-nickel alloy of manganese and copper-nickel alloy BMn40-1.5 BZn15-20
Two grades;
--- Increase the mechanical properties, namely Vickers hardness;
--- Increase process performance, namely Cupping test requirements;
--- Added "side bending of the foil should not exceed 3mm/m" requirements;
--- Original thickness 0.005mm ~ 0.050mm to 0.01mm ~ 0.15mm; width from the original 40mm ~
80mm to 200mm ~ 300mm; and the elimination of a predetermined length;
--- Increase the width of the tolerance of accuracy;
--- Thickness and width setting value is adjusted to a range of values;
--- Of foil thickness tolerances have been adjusted;
--- On the surface quality strict rules;
--- Increasing the contract (or purchase order) content.
