Instead of the standard YS/T 42-1992 "lithium tantalate single crystal."
Compared with this standard YS/T 42-1992 standard, there are the following changes.
--- Using YS/T 554-2007 in the terms and definitions;
--- The product category increased Y axis (Y36 °, Y38.7 °, Y42 °, Y46 °) single crystal series;
--- Crystal model representation has been revised, in addition to use as a piezoelectric said direct axial crystal represented;
--- The technical requirements for products was amended to increase the width of the reference surface of the product, the Curie temperature.
This standard by the national non-ferrous metals Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC243) centralized.
