Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard YS/T 323-2002 "beryllium sheet and strip." Revision of the reference US ASTMB194-2008 "Matte
Alloy plate, sheet, strip and rolled strip "in the part of the mechanical properties.
Compared with this standard YS/T 323-2002, the main changes are as follows.
--- Modified sheet, strip state represents the width, length and thickness of methods and sheet, strip;
--- Would be more advanced strip thickness tolerances of accuracy is improved, increasing the thickness of > 1.00mm ~ 1.50mm general level and higher
Thickness of the strip to allow deviation -0.100mm and -0.080mm respectively;
--- The state TD01, TD02, TD04 modify the length of the sheet is > 600mm ~ 3000mm, its tolerance is amended as
6mm;
--- Modify the state TB00, TD01, TD02, TD04 sheet, strip tensile strength and elongation;
--- Modify the microstructure of grain size, grain size requires only TB00 state, other states is not required;
--- Increased Erichsen depth of the thickness of 0.05mm ~ 0.25mm strip cupping test;
--- Modified bending test sheet, strip thickness of 0.25mm ~ 1.50mm;
--- Modify the state TB00, TD01 sheet, strip aging treatment time is 2.5h ~ 3.0h;
--- Increasing the product tensile specimen number;
--- The Batch weight of not more than 500kg per Pipi revised to 3000kg;
--- Increase the informative Appendix A.
